Are you an experainced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is on the look out for a short term contract?

Ford & Stanley Recruitment are looking to recruit a purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of thier cilent based in nottingham on a 2 month Contract

Role Responsibilities

  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Managing supplier payments
  • Produce and checking supplier reporting at month end
  • Processing company expenses and credit card receipts

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent Knowledge of the Purchase Ledger Function with at least two years' experience
  • Good working skills of Microsoft packages,
  • Sound organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
