Are you an experainced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is on the look out for a short term contract?
Ford & Stanley Recruitment are looking to recruit a purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of thier cilent based in nottingham on a 2 month Contract
Role Responsibilities
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing supplier payments
- Produce and checking supplier reporting at month end
- Processing company expenses and credit card receipts
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent Knowledge of the Purchase Ledger Function with at least two years' experience
- Good working skills of Microsoft packages,
- Sound organisational and administration skills
- Excellent communication and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
