Job Description

APAC Unbilled Finance Analyst

Supports month end closing & reporting needs for APAC unbilled accounts, including but not limited to:

- invoice creation

- calculate billing amount

- account reconciliation

- JV posting

- billing status & collection tracking

- monthly/quarterly reporting

- forecasting

- monthly/quarterly account fluctuation analysis

- annual internal/external audit support

- ad hoc support


Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum of 3-5 years working experience.

Able to communicate, read and write in both English and Mandarin (supporting Mandarin speaking APAC countries)

Passionate in bringing transformation to the accounting activities and drive continuous process improvements in all related areas.

Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners at all times.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact clearly across all level of organization.

Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize.

Diligent, attention to detail, ability to manage time and work flow, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
