Multinational Pharmaceutical company seeking Finance manager Maternity cover contract £25+ per hour Cambridge

A multinational Pharmaceutical company based in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team on a 4 month temporary contract. This fortune 500 company is a market leader in biotechnology and are considered at the forefront of the industry serving millions worldwide.

Your new role
The company are looking to hire an experienced qualified accountant to step into a varied role in a small finance team, involving elements of both Financial Planning and analysis and core accounting. You will be supporting both international and UK&I commercial entities. The role will involve the co-ordination of quarter end close accounting with international correspondence, development of finance reporting solutions and analysis and audit support. Continual monitoring of processes for contracts and the monitoring of projects and compliance reporting.

What you'll need to succeed
To be succesfull you should be a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) accountant who has 4+ years industry experience. You should be an analytical self starter and prepared to join a small finance team within a large multinational company and be able to take up multiple responsibilities including but not limited to business partnering, reporting and audit support.You should have excellent MS Excel skills and experience of SAP, Hyperion or Anaplan.
