Description :

1. Assisting the corporate month end accounting process
- Group's financial analysis and performance review, cash flow, costing periodic forecast and budgeting.
- Monthly variance analysis and providing commentary on the financial performance
-To manage and supervise all accounts personnel (including the subsidiary companies).
- To review monthly financial statements, consist of balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, etc.
- Implement proper accounting standards guidelines, compliances, controls for the company.

2. Assist in preparation of the monthly management reports
- Board reporting pack.
- Management reporting activities for decision makings.
- To prepare all materials for board meeting, including board paper, executive summary and presentation slides, to report on quarterly group financial / seek approval of consolidated financial statements at year end.
- To advise management on desirable operational adjustments.

3. Assist in preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements
- Quarterly results announcement and quarterly report.
- Audited financial statements and annual reports.
- Ensure the compliance to Bursa Malaysia requirement (e.g. MFRS).

4. Involved in a key role in the statutory audits and corporate policies requirements
- Liaising with the company secretaries, auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities on compliance and other matters
- Assist and support the management in compiling audit, taxation schedule, analysis report and forecast.

5. Support and undertaking adhoc matters as required from time to time. Requirements : - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Have relevant experience in Group Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Taxation, and system improvements.
- At least 4 years of related working experience preferably in audit firms (audit, tax or corporate finance exposure).
- Professional accreditation (such as MICPA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW etc) is a MUST.
- Candidate with with experience working/ dealing with Public Listed company will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and aggressive environment.
- Good knowledge in accounting standards and group consolidation.
- Committed, energetic and able to work independently & interdependently.
- Must be willing to travel.
