Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong working knowledge of Private Client and Corporate Tax within a professional accountancy practice environment.

You will join a team that is responsible for a portfolio of Personal and Corporate tax clients and high net worth individuals. This is full-time position.

Responsible for the delivery of the corporation tax content of projects and managing input from other tax colleagues (typically Transfer Pricing, VAT and employment taxes)

Preparation of personal and business tax returns

You will be involved in other ad hoc tax compliance as well as advisory and planning work

Good working knowledge of UK resident and non-domiciled tax and maintain awareness of UK and international taxation developments and legislation.

Support clients on a variety of business tax advisory matters.

Our client in London is looking for the following skills;

Preferably CTA qualified with post qualification experience (will also consider other qualifications based on experience)

Have a minimum of 10 years' experience preferably within practice

Maintain an in depth, up to date knowledge of taxation (inc. a strong awareness of EMI schemes and share plans)

Technically strong with experience of advising clients on complex tax related issues

Must be able to recognise and develop business development opportunities when they arise
