Administration Process Assistant
Salary £18,500 per annum

SSCL are looking to recruit a number of Process Assistants on the Expenses, benefits and cards team supporting our busy police client. As part of the role, you will be supporting the team carrying out a number of different administrative tasks, plus be an effective communicator dealing with inbound queries.

We have an enviable track record in the design and delivery of large scale business support solutions including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Procurement and Administration for our long list of clients including The Department for Work and Pensions, Environment Agency Department for Education, Ministry of Justice, Met Police and the Home Office.

Day to Day

Responsibilities:

  • Process travel application and updating op in/out of the travel scheme for employees
  • Processing benefit allowances
  • Supporting with general administrative tasks
  • Auditing expenses
  • Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts - Processing work could include making calls, answering telephone, emails,
  • queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
  • Receiving and resolve inbound queries over the phone or email, escalate as necessary
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
  • Liaise with internal/external clients.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
