Badenoch & Clark are currently recruiting for an Interim Payroll Manager for a Surrey based client.

Whilst the team is responsible for the delivery of services across the EMEA region, this particular role will be responsible for the establishment and management of complex and non-standard pay arrangements including meeting tax & legal obligations. To support the team there will also be additional ad-hoc project work and non-standard payroll related tasks.

Ideal experience will include exposure to dual contracts, executives and non-exec directors pay as well as good communication skills and the ability to interact with Senior Stakeholders, and the ability to deliver on projects.

The role will initially home based, although the ideal candidate will still be within a commutable distance to the client site in Camberley.
