A top tier investment and asset management firm is looking for a numerate Asset Manager to join their team based in Central London.

This role will be varied, encompassing aspects of strategic asset management, detailed analysis, report writing, and development work. Reporting to senior managers you will be responsible for working on various projects within the commercial office sector, you will be responsible for:

• Producing detailed Excel based financial modelling and cash flow analysis for valuation and investment purposes.
• Implementing value-add strategies, refurbishments, lease re-gears, subletting and leasing across their UK portfolio.
• Executing the asset management business plan with a view of optimising value across the UK.

Candidate requirements:

• Highly proficient Excel modelling skills - able to create DCF cash-flows.
• Relevant Degree, ideal candidate will also be MRICS qualified.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Experience in commercial properties

Salary is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.

Based in Central London.
