FP&A Manager / £40,000-£45,000 / High Growth SME / Crewe / ACA, CIMA, ACCA / Private Equity

Axon Moore have partnered with a market leading Services business based in Crewe looking for a commercially minded accountant to join their organisation.

About the role

Reporting to the Finance director, this is a pivot role in the daily life of commercial finance within the business. With regular exposure to acquired businesses, and senior stakeholders, the position will suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of finance and operations.

The role will require a strong business partner, interacting with finance and department heads to issue commercial insight and equip the board to drive company performance.

The successful candidate must have a demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset, strong excel capability and a proven track record in adding value.

Duties

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Month end reporting
- Support the integration of any new acquisition to the group
- Prepare regular reporting and analysis to monitor business performance
- Prepare business update packs for Senior Management
- Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc commercial assignments

Desirable skills and qualifications

- Newly Qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA
- Experience working in a commercial role with a broad accounting background.
- Strong Excel skills, with an intuitive mindset to further add to your skillset.
