My client is Our client is leading the evolution of the housing/real estate sector and we're looking for commercial finance professional to join them as an Investment Analyst. The client has a long standing relationship with Goodman Masson and has a track record of developing talent internally.

• This is a new role which sits in the FP&A and Investment Team - which is a mixed team of commercial finance and investment professionals
• The client is looking for someone with modelling experience and a good, commercial personality
• Property experience of course would be very helpful - but not 100% a requirement if you have modelling experience and the right commercial outlook
• This role works very closely with development team so you'll get lots of exposure to the business and be at the forefront of their growth agenda
• This would suit someone who is ACA/CFA qualified - straight from practice or someone in an FP&A/Modelling role in industry
