Currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join a fast moving Cambridge business. The role will support the Head of Financial Control and Business Partnering in the delivery of an on-time and accurate 5-year budget plan.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to deliver the Global budget plan.

• Provide clear and accurate monthly performance management updates.

• Meet all budget and monthly deadlines..

• Deliver accurate, timely balance sheets and cash improvement

• Benchmark performance against external KPIs.

• Identify all savings initiatives and drive delivery of savings.

• Partner with the business to deliver the business strategy and decision support

• Provide business partnering services across the organisation

• Ensure compliance in terms of meeting deadlines, application of policies and procedures

You will work closely in teams across all functions to ensure data is complete, consistent, accurate and aligned and that it is handled efficiently and effectively to avoid duplication or gaps in the analysis performed to assist the business in making the right decisions.

As a qualified Accountant ACCA, ACA or CIMA you will also have strong it skills and experience of finance partnering in a matrix and cross-functional environment.
