A fantastic new opportunity as a Purchase to Pay Manager has become available within a World renowned professional services firm based in London. The role would involve the management of a London and offshore based P2P team, involved with the entire end to end invoice processing.
The company has experienced significant periods of growth over the last few months and this role is a great opportunity to grow alongside it. They are looking for an experienced manager within P2P to continue to uphold their high reputation within the P2P function of the business and ensure smooth sailing across all deliverables. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a proven track record of leading teams within the P2P space.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the P2P team, driving efficiency and any potential cost savings.
Manage the status and ageing of POs across the organisation and progress them through NetSuite
Review monthly reconciliations of key accounts payable accounts
Manage vendor relationships and be a key point of contact for senior stakeholders
Ensure invoices and expenses received meet VAT/Sales Tax and statutory invoicing requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Management experience within a P2P finance function in a multi-currency environment (required)
Expert knowledge of the internal and external relationships and interfaces necessary for P2P processes to operate efficiently
Proven ability of creating continuous improvement processes (required)
Thorough understanding of VAT/Goods & Services Tax for the geographies supported
ERP systems experience, preferably within NetSuite (desirable)
Preferably previous experience of integrating new businesses into a PTP function
