Gleeson finance are delighted to be working in an exclusive partnership with this SME business in Warwickshire, to recruit a Senior Finance Manager. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will manage and develop a team of 5, and be involved in building and maintaining customer relationships.

As well as finance, you will also find yourself liaising with all other departments on a regular basis, as well as attending frequent team, company and customer meetings.

This is a 360 finance role. Duties include, maintaining accounting software, month, quarter and year end close, full responsibility for the group reporting, monitor and control the cash position including controlling payments, HMRC reporting, full balance sheet support and reconciliation, and production of the annual financial statements. You will also manage the year end statutory account and audit process. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and attend networking events on behalf of the company.

To be considered for the role, you will be fully qualified, well presented and have a technical finance background (practice trained would be preferable). You will have staff management and client engagement experience.

In return, you will receive a salary of £50,000 - £55,000, bonus up to 10%, flexible working, pension, lifestyle benefits, and the opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic business.
