Our client who are a fast-growing Educational Staffing Agency are currently looking for a Finance Manager to head up their finance department. In the past 6 months, my client has doubled in size and are quickly becoming a trusted and go-to agency for all educational institutes. This is an exciting opportunity for a well versed and experienced Financial professional who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key

Responsibilities:


Liaising with our umbrella partners and consultants to pay 150 temps on a weekly basis
Internal payroll
All invoicing across the business
Timesheets management - overseeing queries
Management of the finance mailbox
VAT
Drawing funds from our factoring company and overseeing the management of the debt recovery
Bank reconciliations - Xero (essential) - Fathom (non-essential)
Management accounts

Skills Required

Previous experience in working within the Recruitment industry
A strong understanding in using the system Xero
At least 1 year managing a finance department
A go-get attitude and a person who is willing to go the extra mile
Excellent communicational skills
