Credit Controller - Kent - Permanent

Halliday Marx have partnered with a multinational Pharmaceutical company to recruit an experienced Credit Controller on a permanent basis. You will report into the Credit Manager and will be joining an experienced and professional team. The successful candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment and have done plenty of international credit control. You will be target driven and will hit the ground running.

Key Duties and Responsibilities;

Assess credit risk for all new and existing clients
Chasing outstanding debt over both phone and email
Produce Income reports
Prepare monthly Aged Debt Reports with comments
Allocation of cash received on sales ledger
Ensure prompt payment from all clients and prompt identification of payment issues
Complete monthly reconciliations
Support the Credit Manager and Finance function on a daily basis
Other ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;
Minimum 2 years previous Credit Control experience
Experience with chasing of oversees debt.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the business

Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Attention to detail
Multi tasker and team player
