SG Financial Recruitment are proud to be supporting LG in the search for an experienced Systems Controller (SAP).

The Role:

Working with overseas subsidiaries, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the local internal financial systems, including representing the local business during the implementation of the new SAP system.

You will also be responsible for maintenance of the inventory workflow in both the current and new systems and assist in the preparation of financial analysis and planning for both local and Group purposes.

Job Description

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside other key stakeholders in the business, your responsibilities will be to:

* Develop a deep understanding of how the ERP system functions, in order to represent the local UK business during the implementation the new SAP system and assess and communicate clearly the requirements of the local business.

* Maintain the inventory workflow of the business

* Carry out the appropriate reconciliation processes, stock takes and periodic reporting as required.

The financial control team are responsible for all budgeting and forecasting, so this role will also contribute towards this process, which involves liaising with colleagues both locally and throughout the group.

To be the successful candidate, you will be highly analytical and demonstrate strong systems skills, including SAP. You will also have a strong understanding of inventory / production processes, relative to financial systems.

It would be beneficial to be AAT qualified or above, essential you have worked in a similar role and be a confident communicator.
