Job Details
Assisting in developing strategic choices & driving change through operational functions. Also responsible for driving the thinking and output of the wider strategy, leading on the development and implementation of various cross-functional strategies.

This organisation works with the NHS to drive continuous improvements and assist with commercial strategies from a non-bias standpoint.
Description
The role is a broad role with many different elements.Driving strategy
-driving complex commercial and business strategies within wider business
-development and driving of the 3 year strategic plan
-implementation of plans that have been committed to
-smaller scale strategic projects throughout the year
-creation of pilot to meet business needs
Analysis
-analysis of market, competition, business norms to understand what others are doing to enable informed business choices and strategic decisions
Stakeholder management
-working with a number of different stakeholders on different projects
-encourage new ways of thinking amongst senior stakeholders and support them through operational changes
Profile
Experience- experience working either within a consulting house or big 4 environment in strategic role
-has been in charge of at least one end to end work stream
-managed difficult client relationships
-experience driving commercial business strategies
-experience in autonomous market analysis to arrive at appropriate business decisions
-strong problem solver with good analytic mindset
-able to build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate negotiations tactfully
Personality
-analytic and inquisitive mindset
-go getter
-confident with strong communication skills
-desire to achieve good result for both parties
-logical and level headed
