Your new role
Your Finance Director role is a key senior member of the UK leadership team which is forecasted to continue developing its portfolio from both a development and management perspective. Taking a financial lead you will manage a small finance team and be tasked with responsibility of producing investor reports including analysis of the portfolio performance, alongside managing and reviewing work of the outsourced third parties responsible for financial reporting and asset management. Due to the increased activity, financial due diligence and investment appraisals of new acquisitions will also form part of your work.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong academics and be a qualified accountant ideally completed whilst at an accountancy practice. You will now have substantial experience of working within the real estate industry demonstrating ownership of fundamental financial and management reporting. In addition, a detailed interest and understanding of the real estate market will support your ability to provide strategic insights. Strong Excel modelling capabilities will be required on a daily basis, and you will have natural communication skills, energy and charisma to fit into this high calibre environment.
