Financial Controller (1 day per week)

Your new company
A small, but well respected property investor, owned and run but two experienced property professionals. The company have a series of developments in London as well as looking after the investments of several high net worth individuals.

Your new role
Working on the development projects, this role will assume a No 1 in finance position and will be focused on senior responsibilities, reporting to the management team.

Duties:

• Delivery of financials for the main business
• Cash management and forecasting
• Investment appraisal and liaison with third parties
• Investor reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant, ideally from a property background with enough senior experience to be able to deal with the senior decisions being made in the business, whilst also supporting the overall delivery of financials.
You will need to be in a situation where 1 day, possibly 2 days in the office would work in the short, medium and longer term
