Macildowie are pleased to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant role based in Leicester. This role will give you involvement in supporting all aspects of transnational accounts whilst working in a supportive and fun team. The position is a full time role and is paying up to £23,000 depending on your experience.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Processing of invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements against Accounts payable and investigate any differences.
• Produce monthly reports.
• Maintain accurate filing system of purchase invoices and archiving following financial audit.
• Record the payment in the cash book and on Kerridge
• Post and allocate receipts from customer.
• Log queries onto computer system and with Internal stakeholders to the resolution.
• Monthly statement run, and reports
• Process and monitor employee's expenses.
• Reconciliation of expenses against credit card statement.

THE PERSON:

• Experience within an Accounts Assistant role
• working knowledge on Kerridge
• A team player with an enthusiastic attitude
