The Thai speaking Financial Analyst Role:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team to assist with the financial planning and analysis of the Company, allowing the Company to make well-informed commercial decisions. The role will be expected to analyse business performance and strategy for the Group in Financial Perspective by working collaboratively across the entire Group team
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in the UK, the successful applicant will be responsible for a wide range of activities that include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with the accounting team across the Group to ensure accurate Group financial reporting on financial performance for regular Leadership Team reviews
* Consolidate Group's past performance and forecasts including profit, financial status, and cashflow received from finance team in each subsidiary's location
* Analyse Group's past results/performance by comparing with budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
* Perform financial forecasting, reporting and metrics tracking and business intelligence activities and provide analysis of forecasts and recommend actions for optimisation
* Analyse and design appropriate capital and financial structure for the Group based on Group's financial strategy.
* Assist to obtain funding from capital or money market for the Group and also maintain and monitor its utilization aiming for healthy financial credits.
* Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
* Analyse of financial data and the creation of financial models for decision making support
* Conduct and/or validate Financial Feasibility for Group's new project and investment
* Identify gap and drive Group's improvements including but not limited to process improvement; for example; creation of standard and ad-hoc, reports, tools and Excel dashboards Increase productivity by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools, RGL Group's tax optimization, System improvement, Cash Pooling management.
* Prepare MS PowerPoint presentations using financial and business-related data
* Work with the management team to develop going forward Financial strategy, Financial, Accounting, and Tax policy including fiscal budget and action plans
Thai speaking Financial Analyst Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

* Strong interpersonal skills, including written and spoken communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
* Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
* Experience in working with and presenting to senior executives
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with executive-level management
* Strong financial modelling and problem solving experience
* Strong quantitative and analytical competency
Thai speaking Financial Analyst Experience & Background:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
* Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics are preferred major fields
* 5+ years of business finance or relevant experience
* Advanced knowledge of both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
* Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
Being Fluent in English and Thai language is essential (business proficiency)
