Our client is a growing Corporate Finance Advisory business based in the Thames Valley who due to continued success seek to hire a Corporate Finance Manager and Corporate Finance Executive. The business is an award-winning corporate finance team who enjoy consistent and quality deal flow with an exceptional track record of completing transactions.

The role will be part of a dynamic team advising small to mid-size businesses and their owners and management considering a range of transactions including MBO's, acquisitions, disposals and growth capital funding predominantly in the £5m to £50m deal size range. The focus will be on providing support to the team throughout the transaction process and managing corporate finance transactions. This is a deadline driven environment with constantly changing priorities, and although there is no defined set of tasks, you will have specific involvement in assisting in pitch presentations through preparation of company and market research, researching potential buyer lists and acquisition targets on behalf of our clients, providing insightful analysis of commercial and financial information, preparing business plans and financial models.

A salary of £50,000-£65,000 is on offer plus benefits
