Senior Commercial Finance Manager - Luton
Our Client, a market leading and widely respected business based in Luton are looking to further grow their finance team and drive operational performance by recruiting a Senior Commercial Finance Manager.
With this Senior Commercial Finance Manager being a key appointment and senior member to their Finance team; an experienced and strong business partner is needed to join them on this exciting journey. You will require exceptional relationship management and leadership skills to successfully enhance and develop their first-class accounting function.
Key Responsibilities
Providing financial leadership across reporting, planning cycles, budget setting and longer term planning
Oversight of the delivery of monthly reporting
Act as an integral business partner between operations finance and group reporting
Presenting to senior management on business performance, with key influence on future business ventures
Partnering the COO to drive business change
Leading and motivating a team
Candidate Profile
A strong communicator, a focused drive for success and best practice
Strong leadership and can inspire, coach and mentor a team
A Qualified Accountant with significant PQE and proven ability to manage all Accounting related functions with strong operational experience
Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, good judgement and common sense
A strategic accountant, having provided best in class budgeting, planning and accounting in previous experience.
