Clerk of Works - West London

My client is a Multi-Disciplinary consultancy who have 6 offices across the UK and employ over 200 staff. They have continued to grow throughout these times and are excited to be able to take on a new Clerk of Works.

As a Clerk of Works you will be undertaking Inspections of live building developments, preparing reports alongside photographs for the Employers Agent and Project Manager and organising snagging and end of deficit inspections.

For this position you will have experience of writing professional reports to a high standard, capable of demonstrating excellent up to date technical knowledge, able to organise and prioritise own workloads, good communicator both written and oral and take a pride in your work and ensure it reflects my clients image and expectations. Ideally you will also be ICWIC or something similar such as CIOB, CABE, RICS or IFE

Working hours are 35 Hours per week with a competitive salary on offer + Package.
