Walters People are currently partnering with an established property company based in Central London. They are seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join their team in a permanent position.

Are you a Part Qualified Accountant looking for a new position? Are you interested in being a part of a well-established property company and finance team? If so, an established real estate business based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Part Qualified Accountant.

Responsibilities of the Part Qualified Accountant:
* Preparing management accounts including the balance sheet, prepayments and accruals
* Providing assistance with financial reporting for multiple subsidiaries
* Assisting with annual reporting and liaising with auditors
* Preparing VAT Returns

Requirements of the Part Qualified Accountant:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of preparing management and financial accounts
* Willing to work as part of a team
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified
* Previous experience working within a corporate environment
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, but not essential
