Training based on-site then working from home!

IMMEDIATE START until 31st December 2020

Working within a Financial Services Company within the Fleet - Business Performance department (soft credit search required). You'll be pro-actively building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate and public sector customers whilst ensuring that funds due to the company are recovered and correctly allocated.

You will be expected to resolve technical queries surrounding invoicing and maintain close working relationships with internal teams.

Managing invoice queries in an appropriate manner, ensuring that technical errors caused through process failures are passed back into Quality Assurance and the respective manager for process improvement.

To be considered for this role:

- Previous experience in Credit Control and SAP is essential with intermediate Excel

- Ability to resolve queries via thorough investigation

- Ability to manage routine processes on a-daily-basis

- Competent in working with structured processes

- Confident, articulate, effective communicator

- Numerate with a logical approach to problem solving

- Excellent relationship building skills - both within business and externally
