Your new role
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Supporting the delivery of efficient and effective finance services to the organisation, its suppliers and customers.
You will be supporting the analysis, accounting, reconciliation and control activities that inform specific aspects of the accounts for all tenure types.
Maintaining responsibility for rent and service charge accounting practices being completed accurately
Completing any finance processes in relation to income, defect recovery processes, claims, litigation's and payment recovery plans.
Utilising the payment and income recovery systems to ensure the effective recovery of income.
Work with tenants and leaseholders in line with efficient methods of payment.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar post
Experience working in a social housing or not for profit organisation
