Accounts Payable Team Leader with Hebrew

Location: Kraków

Accounts payable operations are close to grow in our center. That's why we are looking for
a professional who would like to start the adventure with us and be part of very interesting journey.

There is a need to cooperate with truly dedicated, cultural aware, strong and brave leader.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the newly created team of AP professionals during the end-to-end transition process, direct and support,
• Create objectives, metrics, monitor business objectives to be achieved,
• Build relationship between cultures, face challenge and support knowledge transfer,
• Manage internal and external senior stakeholders, deliver reporting,
• Fit the development plan, adjust training needs,
• Identify needs to improve people performance, data quality, process flow to drive the business.

Main requirements:

• Accounts Payable 5+ experience,
• People management 3+ experience,
• Fluent Hebrew and English,
• Ability to work with different cultures,
• Transition experience will be beneficial,
• System knowledge, SAP will be beneficial.
