Job Description :
• Responsible for the whole co.’s financial accounts (full sets â€" BS & P&L) and ensure timely closing as required by our Principal of office in Japan.• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, budgeting, cash flow, costing and credit control.- Ageing control of overdue accounts receivable, ability to take countermeasures to prevent overdue from becoming bad debt.- Able to do and calculate Stock Devaluation (non-moving stock, lower cost basis).- Provision for obsolete stock, doubtful debts and fair price value.- Experience in Consolidated Report between inter-company and understanding of consolidated statement.- Understand the difference between local accounting standard and IFRS.- Tax calculation (able to complete Tax Declaration Form)- Tax effective accounting (able to decide the possibility of collection)• Arrange banking facilities; manage treasury function on the utilization of funds.• Able to handle Foreign Exchange transactions and its policies.• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants in the audit and submission of corporate tax return.• Ensure timely submission of management reports, DIVA reports, Consolidated for IFRS, etc. to Principal Office in Japan.
Required work experience :
• Education Background: Degree in finance/accounting.• Experience: Min. 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting Department.• Technical Skill: MSO competent esp. in MS Excel and knowledge in some accounting software.• Personality: Pleasant, quick learner, self-motivated and results oriented.
