General duties:

Carrying out accounting, tax and management accounting;
Carrying out salary section (salaries, vacation, sick leave accounting, etc.);
Support by tax inspections and tax returns;
General management cost accounting;
Monitoring and confirmation of all invoices received via auxiliary software;
Calculating salaries, tax report development, statistical labor reporting;
Salary accounting;
Control over the completeness and timeliness of tax payments;
Carrying out taxes accounting and accounting according to the requirements of the applicable laws of Poland;
Working with primary documents;
Control over the timely receipt and display of primary documents in accounting and tax accounting;
Forming payments in client-bank;
Control over payments to suppliers of goods and services, drawing up payment schedules;
Bank monitoring (payments, extracts, in 1с);
Monitoring document flow and compliance with all deadlines for document provision within contractual obligations and applicable laws;
Planning of expenses and income within the office/enterprise;
Planning of payments and execution control;
Interaction with suppliers / contractors on accounts receivable / payable;
Compiling accounting statements (Balance Sheet, Income statement, CF out of Trial Balance) Statements.
Requirements:

1 year or more work experience as the only accountant in the company;
Knowledge of Polish tax accounting regulations, in the field of salary, is mandatory;
Work experience with 1С 8.3 programs, skills of using the taxpayer's account.
Degree in Economics or field-specific education (Accounting / Economics / Finance);
A person with good time management skills;
Open for extensive travelling and for extra hours if necessary;
Open for working with strict deadlines and under pressure;
Loving Teamwork and multinational environment;
With good accounting skills: able to compile Balance Sheet, Income statement, CF out of Trial Balance;
Accounting certificates a welcome;
Advance writing and reading English language skills are required; knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian language is a plus
Advanced user of Excel (fast, user friendly tables, macros, formulas);
