The Job

In the Finance Manager role, you will be reporting to the Finance Director and be responsible for :

• Managing the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting.
• Driving accurate and timely monthly and year end closing.
• Driving the Group's Finance Transformation plans, including enhancing existing tech, accounting system migration, finance automation and process.
• Financial analysis including support on due dilligence activity, modelling and actual vs budget.
• Consolidation of group entities.
• Monthly cash flow projections and budget preparation and analysis
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.
• Managing a team of 6-10 people, across Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
• Assisting with aspects of HR and Administration management.

The Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience in a Finance Manager role, ideally within the Hospitality Industry.
• Experience within Big 4 would be a strong advantage, in particular in Audit, Deals, IT Transformation.
• You have good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Xero or other similar accounting / ERP systems.
• You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering Southeast Asia.
• You have good experience in Mircosoft office suite, in particular Excel as well as Google Suite.
• You have strong prior experience working within Shared Services.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
• You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel to beautiful destinations.
