Payroll Supervisor
Job Description :
* To lead and coach the payroll team in ensuring the payroll practice complies with the regulatory requirements * To analyse and prepare reports by compiling summaries of total payroll costs, fund reconciliation and accruals * To develop, maintain and update policies and procedures that comply with relevant countries law and internal policies
Required work experience :
* 5 years working experience in related field is required for this position * Preferably possess experience in handling big headcounts or working in commission-based company * Possess in-depth Human Resource System or Payroll System and process expertise in given process scope
