Head,IT Audit

To provide reasonable assurance and add value on the soundness and adequacy of accounting, financial, systems and other operational controls by ensuring compliance with the bank's objectives, established policies, procedures, regulations and applicable Acts
Prepare planning documentations, work programmes and final reports
To assess, evaluate and appraise the adequacy and effectiveness of the control activities within the Bank
To execute the approved audit plan in accordance with Internal Audit standards, applicable regulatory requirements and relevant industry best practices within the mandated time frame and ensure that overruns are minimized
To prepare working papers that are well organized, clearly written and addressed all areas in the scope of audit work by using the approved audit programmes, standard working papers and audit checklists
Analyze data collected to reach audit conclusions, identify and suggest solutions for problems identified during the audit including opportunities for improving operational efficiency
To communicate with the audit clients and audit management during fieldworks to keep them abreast of any control deficiencies and unusual findings
To assist in the preparation of the annual IT Audit Plan
To arrange exit/clearance meeting between the audit clients and audit management to present the audit observations and recommendations
