Your new company
A leading boutique Asset Management and Financial Advisory firm based in central London. This award winning organisation prides itself on his high standard of service proven with their long standing clients.

Your new role
As the IFA Administrator you will provide ad-hoc and rotating cover to 20 administration staff across 15 client teams, with a key focus on the support for new teams and training of new administration staff. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the client data is accurately maintained in iO, including all written communication with clients and meeting notes, scheduling and managing follow up tasks for the team relating to client meetings and business submissions and closing the plans correctly in iO in a timely manor. You will act as a 'buddy' for new administrators helping them adjust and settle in to the business with appropriate back-office training.

What you'll need to succeed
As the IFA Administrator, you will have sufficient experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, as well as proven experience using iO as a back-office system in a similar role. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. As the 'go-to' person without the Central admin team, you will be required to build and maintain successful relationships within the business.
