An exciting opportunity has become available with this innovative and growing business in the form of a hands-on Group Operational Finance Manager role. The position is based in the Central London Head Office but will work on finance for the entire European portfolio, with significant further growth and investment planned in the coming years. The role reports to the Head of Group Finance


Your new role

The Group Operational Finance Manager has overarching responsibility for the control of the group's funds and reporting of performance, and has a key role to play supporting the Head of Finance and CFO on all strategic initiatives. They will work extensively with the wider finance organisation to ensure that the business has appropriate support from the Group Finance team. It is therefore important that the individual has experience of working with and influencing a wide range of senior stakeholders.


What you'll need to succeed

The right candidate will be ACA qualified in a Top 4-10 firm, with experience in group reporting roles in industry. They will need stakeholder management experience, as they will work closely with the CFO and CEO. They are ideally looking for a candidate that has experience working within a complex financial structure, managing four areas within the finance department and their respective teams
