Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner job, Dartford £40k-£50k DOE. Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA working across multi-site

Your new company
You will be working with this large, growing not for profit organisation within the Education sector. The Finance Business Partner job will be working across 4 different sites in North Kent and South Essex, which you will be required to work from.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the financial management information providing advise for the senior managers. You will produce monthly management reports and 3 year forecasts and provide each site with an up-to-date financial position to support decision-making. You will work proactively with budget holders on each site providing advice and resolving concerns with financial performance. You will support the regular and ad-hoc financial statements, variance analysis and produce forecast. You will attend and lead on business review meetings. You will support the sites to manage the finance officers workload and closely monitor budgets to avoid over spend.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified and worked recently with a Finance Business Partner position. You must be able to demonstrate excellent business partnering skills where you have supported the business and its decision making. You will be from an education, not-for-profit, practice (who's clients are schools/academies), and commercial industries. You will have extensive accounting experience, managed year-end/audits, with financial and commercial acumen. You will have experience dealing with both financial and non-financial senior managers, being confident and the ability to challenge at times.

What you'll get in return
You will recieve a salary in the region of £40k - £50k DOE with additional benefits package.
