Payroll Implementation Specialist - £45-50K - 12 month FTC

My client is a global business that has a client base few can compete with.

Due to a maternity cover, they are in pursuit of a Payroll Implementation specialist to join them on a 12 month FTC.

This is the perfect role for someone who has worked in bureau handling international accounts and looking for a change, or an International Payroll Specialist looking to take their experience to the client side.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

• have experience of international payroll

• have had involvement in or exposure to a payroll implementation

• be deadline driven with strong attention to detail

• be able to confidently communicate with all stakeholders in the business

This role will extend to such responsibilities as -

• overseeing a small team of 2 individuals

• being pro-active in identifiying action plans and foreseeing potential issus in the project delivery

• liasing with and managing client expectations as they go through a payroll implementation

• leading on parallel and post implementation activites to ensure a seamless process
