We are currently working with a manufacturing company based in Lincoln who is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team.
This company are an innovative business and are always seeking new ways to diversify itself. In your new role as Finance Manager, you will have plenty of opportunities to get involved in the exciting projects that they run as well as overseeing a small team.
The Role
Your new role as Finance Manager will see you leading a small team and taking full ownership of the management accounts. You will also be working closely with Senior Stakeholders throughout the business to help drive performance forward. Your duties will include:
* Production of the Management Accounts
* Profit & Loss
* Variance Analysis
* Production and tracking of KPIs
* Budgeting and Forecasting
* Business Partnering with Directors and Senior Stakeholders
* Production of the monthly board pack
* Managing a small team
What they are looking for
For this role, it is necessary that you are a qualified accountant and ideally you will have experience working for a manufacturing company and an understanding of stock.
The business operates out of modern office and is a friendly and welcoming team. Whilst the company are part of a larger international organisation your role will see you getting involved in all aspects of the accounting and working with senior stakeholders.
