An International Financial Services business based in London is looking for a Enterprise Risk Manager to join one of their divisions, as to manage the groups risk management framework, encompassing all risk areas.

This is a business critical role in ensuring there is an effective and robust risk management framework, that adheres to the firms risk appetite and meets regulatory requirements.

Key duties in the Enterprise Risk Manager role will include:

• Assisting in the day to day running of the risk management department.
• Ensuring all the regulatory requirements in respect to risk management including CRD Pillar 2 ICAAP, Stress Testing & Scenario analysis, ILAA, Pillar 3 Disclosures and RRP.
• Managing and monitoring client mandate limits and credit/market risk limits in line with large exposures and liquidity regulations.
• Creating and updating Risk Management policies.
• Coordination of the business continuity plan.
• Management of the firms ICAAP and ILAA, as well as the creation of CRD IV Pillar 3 disclosures.

A successful applcation in the Enterprise Risk Manager role will include:

• Proven experience in risk management within financial services or securities.
• Good knowledge of risk management concepts such as operational, liquidity, and credit risk.
• Understanding of EU CRDIV Pillar 2/3 requirements and FCA IFPRU rules.
• Knowledge of RRP (Recovery & Resolution Planning), Liquidity Risk Management an Business Continuity.
