At GA we welcome new applicants who have the desire to make a difference and the work ethic to deliver.The RoleDue to significant growth throughout the business GA require two Assistant Account Mangers to join the UK accounts team. Based at our Head Office in Buckshaw Village, this is an office based role with the occasional travel to the manufacturing facility in Leyland. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the account manager to deliver sales targets and increase our customer base.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Key orders taken by the customers and assist in answering Partner queries
- Liaise between customer and relevant departments to resolve any queries and request
- Review orders and amend information to ensure no problems arise later on
- Accounting assistance to remind them when invoices are overdue and help manage their finances with GA
- Manage Stock Levels through sales forecasting programme ensuring SLA's are delivered
- Support the Partners to manage stock levels ensuring constant supply for their customers
- Accurate recording of communication on CRM system
- Educated to GCSE/ A level standard or with equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer focus and highly efficient planning and organisation skills
- An effective communicator with the ability to engage at all levels

- Ability to work within the company structure and take initiative when required
- Ability to engage with people and build good working relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- A starting salary of £20,405 with bonus scheme subject to qualifying period
- Position is full time 8.00am to 5.00pm (or 9am to 6pm) Monday to Friday
- 28 days annual holiday including bank holidays
