This is an excellent opportunity to join this market leading manufacturing business as they seek to add an additional assistant to their accounts payable team. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing the purchase ledger process from coding, matching and preparation of the payment runs, reconciliation of supplier statements, invoice approvals, processing of direct debits and account management. A key area of experience which is vital for this role is prior exposure to reconciliation of the GRNI (Goods received not yet invoiced) aspect of the accounts payable ledger. You must have extensive experience of this and management of the stock aspect of the ledger to be considered for this role.
You will have excellent numerical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is also required. You will have strong communication and inter-personal skills as well as very good IT skills
