Statutory Reporting Accountant - Real Estate.

Location - Central London. Remote working available.

Salary - £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus

A Real Estate Investment company are looking for a Statutory Reporting Accountant to join their fast paced, growing finance team.

This Reporting Accountant role will play an important role in running a corporate accounting finance function and have responsibility for day to day accounting, financial control, statutory and management reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Group consolidation & subgroup consolidations.

• Preparing group statutory accounts.

• Deal with auditor queries.

• Manage the production of group stat accounts.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.

Key skills required for this role will include:

• ACA or ACCA Qualified.

• Big 4 / Top 20 trained.

• Knowledge of US GAAP.
