Robert Half are recruiting a newly created Financial Planning Analyst role on a permanent basis with a growing firm based in Melksham. This role would suit an ambitious and driven 1st or 2nd mover from practice seeking career development and progression.

Role

This newly created role will be pivotal in supporting senior stakeholders across operations, finance and sales with management reporting and analysis. You will gain exposure to a wide range of duties including:

• Improving and developing current reporting processes.
• Providing insightful analysis and presenting it to senior stakeholders.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand the market and trends.
• Liaising with external auditors.
• Supporting with bids and tenders.
• Supporting the Group Finance Director and Group Financial Controller with reporting, analysis and budgeting.

Profile.

We are looking for a technical accountant with strong commercial acumen. You will ideally be looking for your 1st or 2nd move from a recognised top 10 accounting firm and be driven and ambitious. The preferred candidate will hold a strong academic record and be ACA/ACCA newly qualified up to 4 years post qualified. Communication skills are key as you will be partnering with the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis: you will be well presented and comfortable with partnering up line.

They are also extremely flexible with working arrangements and will be beyond Covid, and are happy for someone to work from home longer term 3-4 days a week.

• Salary & Benefits
• £45,000 - £50,000
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Home working 3-4 days a week.
• Onsite parking.

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
