Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating Services business, based on the outskirts of Southampton, in their search for a Senior Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and deputising when necessary, this will be a well varied role that will be responsible for a number of key finance projects, bid support, financial planning and management reporting. You will also be the finance representative for driving a continuous improvement culture and support positive change management practices. To reinforce this, you will have ownership of developing process improvements and standardising these across both finance and systems teams.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with a varied skill-set across commercial, financial and transformation based roles. You will also feel comfortable operating in a project centric environment and have a talent for identifying process improvements and implementing them.
