An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Accountant for a large NHS organisation in Cambridgeshire. Assisting the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for a diverse and challenging workload.

Duties:

• Provide financial reporting and transactional support

• Monitor the financial performance of a range of cost centres

• Support the annual budget-setting process

Requirements:

• Experience in a large commercial or not-for-profit organisation

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel including Vlookups and Pivot Tables

The perfect candidate will be working through or have recently completed their AAT qualification and have a can-do attitude to learn and progress in their career.

Due to the urgent nature of this temporary post, our client is ideally seeking a candidate who is immediately available to commence, or on a maximum of one to two weeks' notice.
