FP&A Analyst - Reading - Paying up to £70,000 with additional benefits

Wade Macdonald are working with a fantastic, market-leading organisation with the recruitment of a FP&A Analyst. This exciting new role will act as an instrumental and pivotal member of the FP&A team and Finance as a whole. This position would suit a talented Qualified candidate that has the ability to 'think outside of the box' and challenge and influence at all levels.

Role

responsibilities:

• Provide continuous support with all Financial Planning, working in collaboration with the FP&A Manager.
• Prepare various business cases whilst supporting Product managers
• Own forecast & budget processes / review of monthly commentary
• Work closely with Head of Departments to continuously improve month-end processes
• Act as key Finance Business Partner to Head of Departments
• Manage the production of annual budgets and re forecasts
• Continuously ensure compliance, partnering with Controllershi[p and Group functions

What are we looking for:

• Qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) or equivalent
• Previous proven business partnering experience
• Gravitas and ability to influence at all levels
• Excellent presentation and IT skills
