Robert Half are working in partnership with a reputable, not for profit organisation in Thame to recruit a Finance Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity offering a challenge as well as variation, and would certainly be well suited for a candidate that possesses proven management accounting and people management experience that wants to take a step up in their career. This is full-time permanent role offering a salary up to circa £40,000.

The Role

The main duties of the Finance Manager will consist of:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Month end reporting
• Budgeting
• Variance analysis reports
• Producing performance and KPI reports
• Analysing income and expenditure
• Business partnering with non-financial individuals, delivering financial data and translate into information
• Line managing a team of 6; conducting performance reviews, setting objectives,

Profile

• Must have a minimum of 18 months management accounting experience
• Must have people management experience
• Must ideally be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
• Excellent team leader
• Strong communication skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Confident user of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, sumifs)
