JR Recruitment are currently working with an well known and recognised brand looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a 6 month temporary basis. Working as part of an established team you will be confident with processing high volume invoices.



Responsibilities:


* Validation and accurate input of supplier invoices

* Dealing with both internal and external business queries

* Supplier statement reconciliation

* Bank Reconciliation

* Calculating & processing month end journals

* Reconciling purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements and source document

Key skills:

* Previous experience of purchase ledger

* Studying towards AAT

* Strong Customer Service focus

* SAP would be an advantage
