My client based in North Oxford is seeking a part time Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper r to work in a schools environment.

The Book keeper / Finance Manager will be required to work 4 days per week or up to 30 hours.

The key duties you will be responsible for in the Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper role include;

  • Budgeting
  • Forecasting
  • Month end duties
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Journal posting
  • Reconciliation of the AP, AR and credit cards
  • Partnering with end users (school business managers, head teachers etc)

Key experience for the Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper position include;

  • Previous experience of having worked in a school environment
  • Experience up to book keeper level as a minimum
  • Ability to confidently partner with stakeholders
  • Previous ERP knowledge / solid excel skills
  • PS Financials would be advantageous
  • Ability to produce monthly management accounts
