Our client is looking for a Group Consolidation Finance Manager to lead the Group consolidation process on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities
Development of a Group Consolidation process in BPC
In parallel manage EY in the streamlining and simplification of the current consolidation process
Ensure that standing consolidation journals are created
Manage a team of one to deliver
Monthly financial statements including, cashflow, P&L, balance sheet
Liaise with internal and external auditors
Ensure all equity reserves are reconciled
Work with the FP&A function to reconcile the management and financial reported revenue and EBIT
Prepare the goodwill allocation calculations
Prepare fixed asset and capitalisation notes and papers
Project manage the delivery of the monthly, quarterly consolidated accounts
Manage the integration of new entities into the group results
Knowledge & Experience
Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA
Extensive Group FPA experience gained in an International organisation with a complex matrix
Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment
Team management experience
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
SAP experience is essential
BPC experience also preferred
